The world’s most popular rapid authoring tool just got better.
The newest Features
The world’s most popular rapid-authoring tool is now the most powerful, too. Articulate Presenter 5 gives you more power, more control and more flexibility, while remaining fast and easy.
Multi-Level Navigation
Create a multi-level navigation outline that organizes slides into sections and topics.
Slide Properties Manager
Manage your slides and set extensive slide-level options with the Slide Properties Manager. Set navigation titles, navigation levels, display views, presenters, audio playlists and slide advance mode - all on a per-slide basis
Add Presenter Video
Include full-motion video of the presenter
Timeline Audio Editor
Edit your audio with the powerful timeline audio editor. Remove "ums and ahs" and synchronize animations with audio cues.
Viewer Navigation Determined by Author
Select from multiple navigation options to set limits on user navigation. Free Navigation - Allow viewers to freely navigate your content. Restricted Navigation - Restrict viewers' navigation to current and previous content, restricting them from jumping ahead. Locked Navigation - Lock the navigation so viewers cannot change slides.
Background Music and Playlists
Enhance your presentations with background music. Presenter lets you create audio playlists, then assign the playlists to any slides.
Slide-Level Presenters
Assign different presenters to different slides.
Slide-Level Display Views
Set the viewer's player display view on a per-slide basis.
One-Click Publishing to Multiple Outputs
Publish your content to a variety of output formats. Articulate Presenter 5 makes it even easier with an improved one-click publishing interface.
Configurable Navigation Tabs
Customize the navigation tabs for any presentation. (Outline tab, Thumbnails tab, Notes tab, Search tab.) Decide which tabs to include and which to leave out. Change the order and even what they are called.
Presentation Launching Options
Decide how you want your presentation to launch. Select the size of the browser window when the presentation opens (Default Size, Optimal Size or Fill Screen). Control browser settings, such as restricting resizing and removing browser buttons.
Auto Presentation Resume
Don't worry about remembering where you left off. Presenter auto resume feature remembers it for you, even without an LMS.
Slide History
See which slides have already been viewed as slide titles change color to indicated view status.
Slide Hiding
Hide a slide from the navigation while still playing it in the content. This allows for interactive branching based on user hyperlink choices.
Quiz Completion Controls for Multiple Quizzes
Prevent the user from continuing until they have passed or taken any Quizmaker quiz. (Previous version supported only one quiz per presentation with this control.)
Developer SDK
Enhance the player with Flash developer SDK that includes player API and the ability for developers to create custom Tabs and Tools. (Available with Platinum Membership Plan subscription.)
